Lilith Collage Art — Font License Agreement, version 1.0 In short: your purchased tier and the terms below define your rights; Creative Market purchases retain their marketplace license. Personal: non-commercial projects for one person on up to two computers. Standard Commercial: logos, print, packaging and social graphics for your business or one named end client. Extended Commercial: adds merchandise, print-on-demand, multiple clients and resale templates without bundled or embedded fonts. Webfont: browser embedding on one domain and its related subdomains, with no pageview cap. Custom: only uses expressly agreed in writing, such as apps, games, ebooks, teams or separately licensed model training. Licensor: Lamees Aljunaidi, trading as Lilith Collage Art, Ankara, Türkiye. Designer: Lilith. Permanent URL: https://lilithcollageart.com/license/v1 This version applies to purchases or downloads that identify it after it has been published and disclosed before acquisition. The purchase record identifies the applicable version and purchase date. It does not retroactively replace earlier purchase terms. Creative Market purchases are governed as explained in section 8. 1. Overview This agreement is between Lamees Aljunaidi, trading as Lilith Collage Art, Türkiye (the “Licensor”), and the individual or legal entity identified in the purchase record (the “Licensee”). Designer credit: Lilith. Licensing contact: hello@lilithcollageart.com. The applicable version is the one identified and disclosed for your purchase. All fonts are original designs by Lilith (Lamees Aljunaidi, trading as Lilith Collage Art). “Font Software” means the font files identified in the purchase record, including their outlines, metrics, font programs and OpenType data, and supplied updates. “Purchase record” means the receipt and license certificate identifying the font, acquisition channel, tier, licensed user or entity, and license version. “Artwork” means a finished design made using the Font Software; it does not mean an installable or reusable font, glyph library, or alphabet-building product. For a validly acquired license, the Licensor grants the Licensee a worldwide, non-exclusive license, without a recurring fee or fixed expiry, to use the specified Font Software within the purchased tier. The license is personal to the named Licensee and is not transferable except with written permission or where mandatory law permits. No ownership of the Font Software is transferred. All rights not expressly granted are reserved, subject to mandatory law. Free downloads grant only the tier expressly stated at download; they do not automatically grant commercial use. Within the scope of the selected tier, the grant separately permits: (a) reproduction of the Font Software for authorized installation, backup and permitted embedding; (b) reproduction and distribution of permitted finished Artwork; (c) public display and communication of permitted Artwork, including permitted online publication; and (d) adaptations of letter outlines solely within Artwork as described in section 6. Webfont communication and reproduction are limited to section 2.4. This is not a general transfer of statutory economic rights or the author's personal/moral rights. Your rights are governed by the terms and tier disclosed and agreed for your purchase. Your rights under mandatory law remain unaffected. Section 8 determines how marketplace purchases are treated. For direct purchases, any negotiated Custom agreement identifying this font and order controls over conflicting provisions here. Otherwise the disclosed purchase record specifies scope within this agreement; a later invoice alone does not change your agreed rights or limits. Unclear or missing purchase information should be resolved with the Licensor, not treated as proof of infringement. Service, termination and legal provisions (part of #overview) The Licensor, as seller, will use reasonable efforts to correct a reproducible technical defect reported with the font version, platform and example. Item-related claims about the fonts, their description, delivery or quality should be addressed to Lamees Aljunaidi, trading as Lilith Collage Art, not treated as warranties made by Etsy merely because it hosts the sale. This does not exclude Etsy's own obligations or any buyer-protection, refund, case or other remedy provided by the platform or mandatory law. No uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every application, or particular design outcome is promised. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties and liability for indirect losses are excluded; aggregate liability is limited to the price paid for the affected license. These limitations do not exclude fraud, intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence, misdescription or defective-content remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, other non-excludable liabilities, or mandatory consumer remedies. These protections and exceptions apply to Etsy buyers as well as direct buyers. There is no blanket no-refund rule for digital items under this agreement. For an Etsy order, contact the seller first using Etsy's Help with order process. The seller has 48 hours after that help request to try to resolve the problem before a buyer may open an eligible case under Etsy's process, subject to its other eligibility rules and deadlines. A buyer can pursue eligible issues such as an item not matching its description, and Etsy may issue a refund through its own process. This agreement does not prevent that process, require an extra private dispute procedure, or limit rights available sooner under mandatory law. Contacting hello@lilithcollageart.com is welcome but does not replace a Help with order request needed by Etsy's process. Refunds, defective-content remedies and cancellation/withdrawal rights follow applicable law and the relevant sales platform. EU/UK buyers may have withdrawal rights. Downloading does not automatically remove them; any lawful loss of a withdrawal right for digital content depends on the required information, express consent, acknowledgement and other applicable conditions. This agreement is not itself a waiver of those rights. For a material breach, the Licensor may give written notice identifying the breach and allowing 30 days to remedy it. If the breach is not remedied, the Licensor may terminate the affected font-use license to the extent permitted by law. An immediate protective response may be sought where ongoing unauthorized distribution creates serious harm, subject to applicable law. A leaked token alone does not establish a customer's breach. On lawful termination, the Licensee must stop new use and remove Font Software from their systems and controlled services, except copies required by law. Artwork lawfully completed before termination may remain in circulation unless prohibited by law, a court order, or an agreed resolution. You may contest an inaccurate verification status; a record alone does not establish a breach or remove your right to challenge a termination. Termination of a font-use license is separate from Etsy order status, refunds, cases and access to already downloaded files. A license-record change or termination notice does not itself change your Etsy-hosted download access. Your cancellation and refund rights remain subject to Etsy's process and applicable law. Neither cancellation nor termination recalls files already downloaded, establishes infringement by itself, defeats a valid remedy or retroactively changes rights lawfully exercised. A buyer's lawful complaint, case or exercise of consumer rights is not by itself a license breach. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protections and any mandatory rules on jurisdiction and forum remain applicable. This clause does not require consumers to give up rights or courts available under mandatory law. The English text is the reference version; your mandatory consumer and language rights remain unaffected. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful. A waiver must be express and does not waive a later breach. 2. License Tiers 2.1 Personal One named individual may install the Font Software on up to two computers they control, for their own non-commercial projects, study and private experimentation. The computers may not be used to give an unlicensed person access. Personal use excludes paid work, client work, advertising a business, monetized content, fundraising products, products for sale and other commercial exploitation. Non-commercial public sharing of finished, flattened Artwork is permitted. Use the Standard, Extended, Webfont or Custom tier for the corresponding commercial or embedding activity. Personal does not include webfont embedding or distribution of the font files. 2.2 Standard Commercial One named user may install the Font Software on up to two computers they control and create commercial Artwork for the Licensee's own business or one named end client. The client may distribute and display the delivered finished Artwork without installing the Font Software. Work for an additional end client needs an additional Standard license or an agreed multi-client license. A separate font license is required for anyone else who installs or uses the Font Software. Permitted Artwork includes logos, logotypes, branding, print layouts, business stationery, advertising, packaging for the Licensee's or named client's goods, social-media images, and static digital images. There is no print-run, audience or revenue cap for these permitted uses in this v1 license. A logo may be registered as a trademark where lawful; that does not transfer ownership of the underlying font or grant exclusive rights in a letterform. Standard does not include standalone design merchandise for resale or print-on-demand (such as shirts, mugs, posters, or downloadable decorative prints where the font-based design is itself the product), resale templates, reusable alphabet assets, webfont hosting, editable font embedding, apps/games, ebooks with embedded fonts, automated/customer-facing text generation, or broadcast/film title uses. Use Extended for the specified merchandise/template uses and Custom for the other excluded uses. Ordinary packaging and printed informational/business materials remain permitted even though they accompany commercial goods. 2.3 Extended Commercial Extended includes the Standard rights and its one-user/two-computer limit. The named user may create permitted Artwork for the Licensee's own business and multiple end clients. No font installation rights pass to those clients. No print-run, sales-volume or revenue cap applies to the permitted finished products under this v1 license. Extended additionally permits physical merchandise, print-on-demand and finished digital design products for sale. Each product must be a composed design; it must not be the Font Software, a substitute font, or a reusable collection of individual letters or glyphs. Give a manufacturing or print provider only flattened output or outlined artwork; do not supply font files unless that provider holds a sufficient independent license. Extended permits templates for resale, including editable text layouts, only if no font file is embedded, bundled, uploaded to a public/shared template service, or otherwise supplied to recipients. Clearly state that the font is sold separately and that a buyer wishing to edit text with this font must obtain their own suitable license. Rasterized or outlined text may be included as artwork, but not as reusable alphabet/glyph assets or a font substitute. This permission does not authorize customers to extract fonts from a template or require them to purchase a font merely to use a flattened design. Any workflow requiring font embedding, shared font installation or an online end-user text editor needs a separate written Custom grant. Extended does not include webfont embedding, application/game embedding, ebook font embedding, broadcast/film titles, or a customer-facing typesetting service. Obtain the relevant Webfont or Custom license. 2.4 Webfont The named Licensee may host and embed the supplied WOFF/WOFF2 files using CSS @font-face on one specified registrable domain they own or control, including its www and other subdomains serving the same website. An additional registrable domain needs another license, except a domain that merely redirects without serving the font. A private staging or development version of that same website is included. Multi-tenant hosting that supplies the font to unrelated customers is not included. The v1 direct-store Webfont tier has no pageview cap, recurring fee or expiry. It licenses browser display on the specified website; it does not include a desktop design license. Do not host TTF/OTF files under this tier. Store fonts only on controlled hosting or a controlled CDN serving the authorized website. Take reasonable measures to prevent directory listing, unrelated hotlinking and avoidable public access, while recognizing that webfonts must be delivered to browsers and cannot be made extraction-proof. Do not put the files in a public source repository. Developers may handle the webfont solely to deploy or maintain the Licensee's authorized website and must not retain or reuse it for other work. The Licensee remains responsible for giving them these conditions. Ordinary website text entry is not prohibited; this tier excludes services that let end users create downloadable/customized designs using the font, general typesetting APIs, templates for unrelated websites, applications, games, ebook embedding and other redistributable software. These uses need Custom terms. 2.5 Custom Contact the Licensor for a written scope and price covering additional users or clients, agencies and enterprise teams, additional domains, apps, games, ebooks, server or SaaS typesetting, customer customization tools, broadcast/film titles, exclusivity, or permitted font modifications. A request, quotation or “Custom” label alone grants no additional rights. The agreed document must identify the fonts, permitted uses, recipients, limits, term and fees. Unless that document expressly changes a restriction, the other applicable provisions remain in force. A general Custom purchase does not automatically include model-training rights; those rights require a separate express grant. 3. Allowed Uses Use the Font Software only under the rights of the purchased tier. Keep installation copies and reasonable disaster-recovery backups secure and accessible only to licensed users. Replace a computer when necessary, removing its installed copy before activating a replacement so the active-device limit is maintained. Export permitted Artwork as raster images or static vector outlines when supplying it to unlicensed recipients. Personal, Standard and Extended users may embed a protected subset in a read-only PDF representing permitted Artwork, solely for viewing and printing. Do not enable editable text reuse or intentional extraction. This permission does not cover an ebook package, reusable template, glyph collection, or a general font distribution. If the PDF workflow cannot reasonably restrict reuse, supply outlined or rasterized text instead. Editable documents can be exchanged only where every person using the font has the necessary independent license and no unlicensed recipient receives font files. You own whatever rights you independently hold in your original Artwork; this license does not claim ownership of your text, client identity or independent design contributions. Ownership of the Font Software is reserved by its rights holder. No attribution is required in ordinary finished Artwork, although voluntary credit is welcome. Preserve copyright and licensing records in font files and authorized backups. 4. Restricted Uses Except where the applicable tier, a separate written agreement or mandatory law expressly permits, do not: - sell, sublicense, lend, rent, gift, share or redistribute Font Software, including through a shared drive, public repository, font collection, download link or embedded file; - provide font access to an unlicensed user, client or unrelated business; - create, distribute or sell a modified font, conversion, renamed font, derivative font, or reusable glyph/alphabet asset that substitutes for it; - upload the font to a shared cloud design/template service or embedding system not licensed for that purpose; - remove or falsify copyright, license or lawful provenance information for the purpose of concealing ownership or unauthorized distribution; - use fonts or glyph assets to provide an unlicensed customer-facing text-generation service; - use the Font Software for the training activities prohibited in section 7. These restrictions do not prohibit normal browser caching under Webfont, permitted PDF subsets, authorized backups, accessible use required by law, or a statutory exception that cannot be excluded by contract. A third-party claim about unauthorized use must be assessed on the facts; possession of an unrecognized file or missing verification record is not conclusive proof. 5. Limits — Users, Computers & Domains Personal: one named individual, two computers, non-commercial use. Standard: one named user, two computers, the Licensee's own business or one named end client. Extended: one named user, two computers, the Licensee's own business and multiple end clients. These are named-user licenses, not concurrent-user or shared-team licenses. A legal-entity purchaser must identify the individual user; adding staff or contractors who operate the font needs additional licensing. Webfont: one specified registrable domain and related subdomains for the same website, with a private staging/development copy included. There is no pageview cap in the direct-store v1 tier. Custom limits are those stated in its written agreement. Backup storage is permitted but is not an additional installation or user entitlement. Your purchase record identifies the authorized font styles; buying one style does not grant the whole family. These direct-store limits do not replace different limits granted by a controlling marketplace license. Your Creative Market Desktop purchase is not converted into the direct-store Standard tier. See section 8. 6. Modifications & Client Transfer You may convert text to static outlines in permitted Artwork and adjust those outlines for that particular artwork or logo. You may not turn those edits into a font, distribute a modified font file, or build a reusable alphabet or lettering kit. Editing, renaming, converting or altering the Font Software itself needs separate written permission, except the PDF subsetting and technical webfont handling expressly permitted here or a mandatory legal exception. You may give a client the permitted completed Artwork, including an outlined vector logo, without transferring the Font Software. A client needing to install the font, create new text with it, or host it on a website must obtain its own appropriate license. Giving a client editable source files must not bundle, embed or expose the Font Software; identify the font and explain any separate licensing requirement. A font license does not transfer automatically when a design project, company asset or website is sold. Seek an agreed transfer where required, subject to mandatory law. 7. Model-Training Rights Personal, Standard Commercial, Extended Commercial and Webfont licenses do not permit model training. A separate Custom license must expressly authorize that use; other Custom rights do not include it automatically. These conditions are subject to mandatory law and the marketplace-license precedence in section 8. Use of the fonts to train, fine-tune or build AI/ML models requires a separate Custom license. Contact hello@lilithcollageart.com. 8. Marketplace Purchases (Etsy & Creative Market) Creative Market. If you obtained this font through Creative Market, the Creative Market license identified on your receipt and offered at purchase governs your use, including its font-specific Desktop, Webfont, Ebook or App terms where applicable. Those terms and any applicable negotiated rights control in a conflict with this document, metadata notices or the Licensor's direct-store tier descriptions. This document does not add a one-client restriction, a two-computer cap, a merchandise upgrade requirement, a one-domain cap, a model-training restriction, or a different termination policy where those would reduce or alter your marketplace rights. Any restriction must be part of your controlling marketplace agreement; do not infer an extra grant merely from this list. Consult your purchase-time license and receipt, including older license versions where relevant. Etsy buyer license and delivery. Etsy's transaction terms and mandatory buyer protections remain applicable, but the buyer's license to use these fonts is this seller-provided EULA and the tier disclosed for the listing, not a general font license supplied by Etsy. Your license covers the tier and font/style scope disclosed for your purchase. Each delivered download archive includes LICENSE.txt containing these terms. Your purchase retains the rights agreed at the time of sale; later listings, buyer notes or delivered files do not impose previously undisclosed restrictions or replace rights granted by an older purchase. Etsy does not automatically convert a Personal purchase into commercial rights. Originality. All fonts are original designs by Lilith (Lamees Aljunaidi, trading as Lilith Collage Art). Etsy listing-content permissions. Lamees Aljunaidi retains her ownership in the materials she posts, subject to any applicable third-party rights. Nothing in this EULA withdraws, narrows or contradicts the permissions the seller grants Etsy under its applicable Terms of Use for listing photos, font previews, descriptions and other posted content, including perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable permissions to display, edit, translate and promote that content as those terms provide. Listing previews and descriptions are marketing content; delivered font files are the licensed products sold to buyers. This distinction does not override any rights or permissions Etsy obtains under its applicable platform agreement, including those needed to host and deliver the product. Etsy's content permissions do not give buyers a license to extract font files from previews or redistribute the sold fonts. Etsy support, refunds and privacy. The seller support, warranty, liability, Help with order, 48-hour resolution opportunity, case, refund and withdrawal provisions in section 1 apply. Nothing here takes away Etsy's ability to handle eligible cases or issue refunds under its policies. The seller's handling of order/support information and any license-register identifiers is described at https://lilithcollageart.com/privacy; Etsy's own privacy terms govern its separate processing. This EULA does not replace required privacy notices or turn a purchase into consent for unrelated marketing. Records and upgrades. Keep the original order number, platform, product/style, purchased license, licensed quantity and applicable terms. Your verification record does not replace your governing purchase-time license or convert a marketplace purchase into a direct-store tier. An optional separate agreement may grant additional rights; it does not remove your existing rights without your agreement. Marketplace refunds and disputes follow the controlling platform process and mandatory law. 9. Contact for Licensing Foundry: Lilith Collage Art. Designer: Lilith. A delivered copy may contain an opaque license/delivery identifier to help identify its source. It contains none of your name, email, address, payment information or raw marketplace order number. The identifier is not DRM, does not phone home and does not prove who caused a leak. Where a private register connects it to an order, it is treated as pseudonymous personal data and handled under applicable privacy law and the published privacy notice. Public verification does not disclose buyer details. Contact us to correct an inaccurate record; automated results alone will not determine infringement.
